What can I expect from my child working with Elite Agility Coaching

How does training differ from beginners to experts?

As you know everyone is built differently and has different skill sets. Beginners will be taught, basic agility mechanics. Make sure you the client is processing every movement and why and how the exercise is beginning done. This will prevent injury and help you properly understand what the exercise is doing for you. As for you the expert, we will pump it up a notch. We will focus on the fast speed and properly completing the exercise. Just like the beginner we will prevent injury and help you properly understand what the exercise is doing for you.  You will see an increase in reps and very little downtime between sets. Both beginners and experts will be pushed to gain maximum performance.

Do I need to be at a certain athletic level to train?

NO! We train 6 years old to 80 years old. Elite will help you understand how to train the correct way. We focus on the youth and elderly on injury prevention, the most common knee injuries. Also if you are training for a specific sport we will focus on your position and understanding of the position. Many youth sports coaches do not help the child this way due to limited time. If you have a child starting in a sport Elite Agility Coaching will help them become a 5-star athlete.
